    Employee Experience Coordinator

    $52,805 - $76,650/annually

    St. Paul, MN

    As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be a key part of the Workforce Planning and Management team, leading multiple efforts designed to drive engagement at every point of an employee’s career and support a successful connection to and inclusion in the agency and work unit's mission and core values. This position will advance strategies in the Employee Engagement Action Plan and the Strategic Workforce Management Plan by monitoring, making recommendations, and developing strategies to address new employee experience feedback, engagement activity, exit surveys, and the overall employee experience. The position ensures the implementation of effective employee programs focused on providing a welcoming and positive employee experience for new hires and existing employees.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Two years of professional experience in workforce development that demonstrates:

    • Experience administering employee engagement and retention programs.
    • Experience researching, analyzing, and reporting on information. 
    • Experience developing and delivering program communication in a variety of formats.
    • Experience collaborating with and participating on work teams, committees, etc.
