Attendees will learn: § Understand the total cost of absenteeism, accounting for direct and indirect costs § Identify the areas which are contributing to the costs of absenteeism § Learn how you can estimate the financial impact of absenteeism in your own organization § Understand how automated solutions can help reduce the financial impact of absenteeism I 2009 Program Schedule I RHRA Home I About Mr. Boughey: Pat is the Market Business Leader for the Minneapolis office of Mercer Health & Benefits. Since joining Mercer seven years ago, Pat has held a variety of management, client service and business development positions. As a Market Business Leader, Pat is directly accountable for all aspects of Mercer’s business locally including business plan execution, client service, staffing and improving operating results. While a majority of Pat’s time has been devoted to his management responsibilities, he has consulted with clients on all aspects of benefit program design, funding, administration and communication. Prior to joining Mercer, Pat was an executive vice-president for a national consulting firm and also worked in sales and account management for two major insurance companies. Pat received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. |
