    Motivating Employees Using Common Sense

John Graci, Director of Leadership Training

Leaders have the power to help employees feel good when they come to work, but they also have that same power to make them feel absolutely miserable. Through "Motivating Employees Using Common Sense", Human Resource professionals will learn practical methods to help their organizations improve the productivity and morale of employees.

    The seminar course content includes:

    • Money as a motivator -- Think again!
    • What's the #1 reason why employees leave organizations?
    • Why do Boomers, Xers, Nexters detest a helicopter leader?
    • Employees do not resist change, nearly as much as...?
    • What are the consequences of training employees using the sink or swim method?
    • What is the #1 way to recognize an employee?
    • What is the #1 complaint employees have of their boss?
    • What is the real F-word of the management profession?
    • What is the #1 question on the minds of employees when driving home?

This program has been approved for 2.50 HRCI recertification credits.
