    I am looking for information on employee motivation for our next Supervisor Monthly meeting.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Or do you know of any guest speakers in the area that would like to present to our group for a one hour meeting?

    Hello Members,

    I'm a new member of RHRA and am rather new to hiring in the Rochester area. I know it's an extremely tight market in this area, but I hope some of you will be willing to share with me where you successfully find job seekers.  I use Indeed, have displayed at a couple of Rochester Post Bulletin job fairs as well as fairs at RCTC, post at all the schools, and have occasionally paid for print advertising in the newspaper.  Are there other hot spots that I'm not aware of? 

    Thanks for any help you might offer.  I'm used to hiring in the Duluth, St Cloud & Bemidji markets, but just haven't gotten my arms around Rochester yet.
