Located in the Heart of Southeast Minnesota, the Rochester Human Resources Association (RHRA) is a thriving group of professionals striving to advance themselves and the profession of Human Resources.

We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

    We are excited to announce that USI will be sponsoring a lunch and an overview of the MN Paid Family & Medical Leave law on April 17th at our monthly RHRA meeting.
