The “alphabet soup” of employment laws – ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, COBRA, EEOC, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, GINA, MHRA, NLRA, OSHA, TITLE VII, USERRA, WARN etc. – is quite complex. There are many pitfalls for the unwary employer.  This session will address new developments in employment and labor law along with an overview of frequent issues facing local employers including ADAAA and FMLA Update, Managing Employee Behavior Off The Job, FLSA update, Hostile Work Environment, Religious Accommodation, GINA and more.
