    Program Description:

A study published in the March/April 2011 edition of the American Journal of Health Promotion found that health care costs rose at a 15% slower rate among wellness program participants than a comparison group when employers consistently offered a wellness program to their employees.  How ‘wellness-driven’ is your workplace?

During this program you will learn about the increasing importance of wellness programs, their potential benefits for employees and employers, the varied types of wellness programs an organization can provide, approaches in designing and implementing effective wellness programs and HR’s role in the process.
