    Service at Mayo Clinic

    Program reviews the Mayo Clinic Model of Service. Including the Organizational infrastructure, Operational Plan and Service Leadership all focusing on the Patient Experience and driving the “needs of the patient come first”.

     

    Kimberly Illg Bio

    Current role:

    Kimberly Illg, is the Service Strategy Coordinator, for Mayo Clinic Rochester. In her role she supports service improvement across the system.  She has been in her current role since joining Mayo in 2007.

    Previous work History

    Prior to working for Mayo Clinic, Kimberly worked in the retail industry for 18 years, working for Wal-mart, Mervyn’s and lastly as a Marketing Manager for Target Corporation in Minneapolis. 

    Education:

    Kim has a Bachelors Degree, Marketing and Management from Mankato State University graduating in 1990. She is currently a Master’s Student at the St Mary’s University of Minnesota Health Administration program and has just recently has been trained a Malcom Baldrige Evaluator for Minnesota.

    Fee Schedule for Monthly Meetings/Presentations:

    Members including the lunch buffet: $15.00

    Members for Presentation only: $7.00

    Non-Members including the lunch buffet: $20.00

    Non-Members for Presentation only: $10.00

    First Time Visitors: No Charge, the lunch buffet and presentation is our gift to you.

    Special note on the RHRA Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of meeting registration(s) must be received by RHRA at least 48 business hours prior to the time of the event to avoid charges. Registrations not cancelled 48 hours in advance will incur full charges as a "No Show".
