    Integrate a balanced style of informal and formal feedback communication that motivates your employees from the moment they join your organization throughout their career.  Learn to master effective ways to give constructive, timely feedback that sets the stage for your employees to succeed. Participants will leave this program with practical methods and skills to give on-going employee feedback and conduct effective appraisals that motivate employees to get results.  Attendees will learn how to:

    • Initiate a two-way feedback relationship with each employee
    • Use your organization's performance tools more effectively
    • Explore new ways to give and receive feedback
    • Avoid performance rating biases
    • Communicate feedback comfortably and constructively
    • Set clear performance expectations
    • Create a no-surprise feedback agreement with your employees 

    YOUR SPEAKER: Arlene Vernon, PHR

    As President and owner of HRx, Inc., Arlene provides brings custom HR solutions to businesses as your executive/HR advisor assisting with strategies, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.  Arlene can be your on-call HR resource or an extension of your HR department providing you the right services as you need them.  Arlene also shares her 30+ years of HR management experience by conducting practical, doable and fun leadership and management training programs.

    Since founding HRx, Inc. in 1992, Arlene has served over 300 organizations with her consulting, speaking and training services.  Arlene has worked and consulted in a variety of industries including: insurance, retail, food service, technology, non-profit, aging services, manufacturing, higher education, financial, association management and various private service sector businesses.

    She earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior and MEd in Counseling both from Boston University.  Arlene also is certified as a Professional in Human Resources – PHR from the Society of Human Resource Management.   Visit Arlene at www.ArleneVernon.com

    Fee Schedule for Monthly Meetings/Presentations:

    Monthly meeting fees are listed below. Members can either pay at the event or can be invoiced. Lunch is catered by Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe.

    Members including lunch buffet: $15.00
    Members for Presentation only: $7.00
    Non-Members including the lunch buffet: $20.00
    Non-Members for Presentation only: $10.00
    Student Members including the lunch buffet: $7.50
    Student Members for Presentation only: $4.50
    First Time Visitors: No Charge, the lunch buffet and presentation is our gift to you.

    Special note on the RHRA Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of meeting registration(s) must be received by RHRA at least 48 business hours prior to the time of the event to avoid charges. Registrations not cancelled 48 hours in advance will incur full charges as a "No Show".
