"Dealing with Difficult Employees" - Approved for re-certification credit!

In our fantasy managerial world, there are no difficult employees for us to supervise or work with. But unfortunately, most managers have experienced at least one employee whose personal style rubs us and others the wrong way. The saddest part of difficult employees is the impact they have on their peers and the morale of your organization. This session will help us to better understand those difficult people, strategize and implement ways to effectively work with them.
