Nancy Vollertsen with Lindquist and Vennum will bring us up to date on the latest trends and issues facing the HR professionals in the workplace.
Nancy Vollertsen primarily represents employers and executive-level clients, providing counsel on employment-related claims and litigation, prevention and defense of discrimination claims, employee discipline and termination, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA issues. She is an experienced practitioner in traditional labor law, handling labor contract negotiation, mediation and arbitration of labor disputes.
Nancy helps clients with strategic human resources decisions. She also has unique expertise in local government and health care employment law and has served as a mediator in employment disputes.
Nancy is a noted speaker on substantive employment law issues throughout the country, speaking to companies, trade associations, human resources professionals and employment lawyers. She has authored many articles on employment law topics and co-authored An Employer’s Guide to Employment Law Issues in Minnesota.
