    This session will provide a summary of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and its impact on employers and HR Professionals.  The presentation will include a description of the new limits on tax deductions that businesses can claim for certain employee benefits along with how this may cause some employers to revisit their benefit offerings.

    Greg Griffiths is an attorney and shareholder with Dunlap & Seeger, P.A.  Greg practices in the area of labor and employment law and represents businesses of all sizes, non-profit corporations, and local government entities.  Greg is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law issues.  His expertise comes from 29 years of experience with Dunlap & Seeger, P.A.  Greg is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN and St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI.
