    Parking: Guests should enter parking lot from East River Road and park in the designated visitor spots along the back row. Overflow parking at Foster-Arend Park is available. Park is adjacent to RPU.

    Presentation: 

    Participants will be able to identify and describe the essential elements that constitute a positive company culture, including core values, leadership practices, communication styles, and workplace environment.

    Participants will be able to explain how a strong, positive company culture influences employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and overall organizational success

    Three Learning Objectives:

    1. Understand the impact of core values on company culture.

    2. Recognize the impact of company culture on employee engagement and performance.

    3. Develop strategies to foster and enhance company culture.

    Presenter:   Gauher (Mo) Mohammad  www.theonlymo.com 

    Mo is originally from Pakistan and migrated to the United States in 1988. He is the proud son of a Pakistani Muslim father and an Irish Catholic mother. Mo lost his father at the age of 7 and was raised by his mother.

    He attended Minnesota State University Mankato and graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management.

    Mo is a strong advocate for community involvement and has served on the Foundation Board of Riverland Community College. In recognition of his efforts to support technical education, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Education from Riverland Community College.

    With over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting space, Mo is passionate about business and people. His extensive experience has taught him the critical need for workforce engagement and retention strategies in the business world.

    Mo is driven to help businesses and individuals grow and succeed through conversations that foster a respectful environment. He is also the owner of Avimoe Workforce Consultants.
