This program helps supervisors and managers understand that approximately 80% of the time when employees are unable to meet performance expectations, it is likely due to the leader’s inability to execute their responsibilities outlined in their job description. This presentation will address the many reasons why employees do not perform, and offers leaders several options to improve employee’s behavior and performance. Learning Objectives:

John has more than 15 years of management experience in production, office, union and non-union environments. He has the unique ability to look at the leader and employee relationship in straightforward terms which allows him to coach managers through the process of changing their employee’s attitudes and performances. John possesses a folksy, tell-it-like-it is approach that comes across as refreshing and riveting. Executives often thank him for articulating, in very practical terms, what they have been trying to get across to their employees for years.

Special note on the RHRA Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of meeting registration(s) must be received by RHRA at least 48 business hours prior to the time of the event to avoid charges. Registrations not cancelled 48 hours in advance will incur full charges as a "No Show".
