Each individual has the power to determine what attitude to display on a daily basis and believe it or not, that attitude determines what type of energy is present in the home or work environment. One person’s energy can be another person’s motivation. Motivated employees are engaged employees.
By the end of the session you will be able to:
- Determine ways to energize your co-workers, team, and yourself on a daily basis.
- Learn how your attitude plays an important role in your daily life.
- Learn how you can energize yourself and others through difficult or unexpected situations.
- Learn and understand the difference between what you can control and what you can’t control.
Lisa Rogich is currently employed as a Supervisor – Revenue Cycle in Patient Financial Services at Mayo Clinic. Her current role provides work unit management, process improvement and coaching/development of employees. Lisa is also currently an Adjunct Instructor and Speaker/Trainer for RCTC Business & Workforce Education and is a 2012 Board of Evaluator with MN Council for Quality. Lisa’s professional portfolio includes experience in a variety of organizations such as manufacturing, school districts, insurance, and healthcare. Lisa obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University and a MBA from Augsburg College. She also received certifications in Human Resource Development, Supervisory Leadership, and Quality/Continuous Improvement.

11:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Planned Networking Activity (prepare to have some fun!)
11:30 AM – Noon: Buffet Lunch (the lunch selection is great so make sure to enjoy the buffet)
11:50 AM Announcements
Noon – 1:00 PM: Presentation (prepare to be informed and amazed)

Members including the lunch buffet: $15.00
Members for Presentation only: $7.00
Non-Members including the lunch buffet: $20.00
Non-Members for Presentation only: $10.00
First Time Visitors: No Charge, the lunch buffet and presentation is our gift to you.
Special note on the RHRA Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of meeting registration(s) must be received by RHRA at least 48 business hours prior to the time of the event to avoid charges. Registrations not cancelled 48 hours in advance will incur full charges as a "No Show".
