    Presenter:
    Charles Carlson is a partner in Carlson Dettmann Consulting, LLC with over 45 years of experience advising public and private employers on human resource matters, both in Wisconsin and nationally. He holds a master’s degree in public policy and administration from UW-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Illinois-Urbana. He has lectured about compensation at the UW-Madison School of Business and UW-Milwaukee.
