Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance means more than having a privacy notice and Business Associate Agreements in place. It means understanding how HIPAA applies to your fully insured and/or self-insured plans, including Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). It means having HIPAA policies and procedures unique to your company. It means appointing individuals to oversee compliance and training them. For some, it means performing a security analysis.

Join us for this session to learn about best practices in HIPAA compliance, and to make sure you’re not missing any fundamental compliance practices.
