Matt Bissonette is the Vice President of Workforce Development & Education with the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.  In this role, Matt works to leverage the unique voice and tools of the Chamber to address the local workforce issues.

His prior leadership experience in higher education, faith based non-profits, entrepreneurship, and Fortune 500 corporations have uniquely prepared Matt for his role with the Chamber.

Matt’s education background includes an Ed.D. in Career & Technical Education from UW Stout, a Masters in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary, and a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Iowa.
