As the workforce becomes increasingly diverse, employers need the knowledge and tools to adapt to the realities of the workforce. During this session participants will gain knowledge about changing workforce demographics and gain knowledge of the benefits and barriers to an inclusive workplace culture. Participants will also learn how to improve job descriptions, enrich the interview process, and enhance workplace culture in order to appeal to more diverse job applicants and an increasingly diverse workforce.
